Getting Settled

I've tried typing out the last 3 weeks, but it never sounded quite like the experience itself. So, here are some pictures. Some are from Pappy's camera.

On our way to Greenville, we were in completely stand still traffic for over an hour and the kids got out of the car to walk around for a bit. This was a random man that Luke confidently introduced himself to and had a conversation with him. The whole situation could have been stressful, but the kids did great. And thankfully I had my mom with me. There was much laughter in that hour.

We quickly unpacked Laci's "artwork" things so she could play with it.

Luke got an early birthday present from his Texas grandparents. Any guesses what the present was???

Already had the stomach virus. we can check that off our list!
